Investing in and improving our Nation’s infrastructure strengthens our economy, makes America more competitive globally, and reduces the costs of goods and services for American families. Through its Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 Budget request to Congress, the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council (FPISC) continues the President’s efforts for making much needed infrastructure investments in the most efficient and effective ways possible, while also protecting public safety and the environment.
