To issue permit EPA needs the published ROD. This date has been moved to accommodate the ROD Date move due to the delay of the DEIS. 3/31 shifting to 6/30 - Sponsor delays in complete application submission. 6/15 - EPA unable to deem application complete by 6/30 and would like to move this to 9/30 to give ample time to review applicant's latest submittal and modeling analysis. 8/8 - Application submitted June 30 and additional supplemental materials submitted on 7/20.  30 day review will be 8/20 (due to holiday this is being put as 8/21)

EPA Region 2 is requesting to change the scheduled date of complete application received from 12/1/2022 to 3/31/2023 since we have requested the applicant to submit before 11/1/2022 significant additional information for the air permit application to be complete. Also, we coordinate our OCS completeness determination with the USFWS for the Class I area air impacts. The air permit application cannot be deemed complete until both EPA and the USFWS received all of the required information. The 12/1/2022 milestone must be changed to 3/31/2023.
