Description:

The project proposes to repair drainage infrastructure within the City of San Diego, County of San Diego on SR-163 from Ash Street to 0.8 mile north of SR-163 and SR-15 interchange. Complete Streets’ elements on SR-15 at PM 1. 85 along Market Street would install bicycle lanes. Work details include the following: Culvert Restoration: Invert paving at 5 locations: PM 0.58R, 0.59R, 1.31, 1.35, 1.4 Cured-in-place-pipe at 3 locations: PM 0.60R, 0.95, 10.37 Replacements at 2 locations: PM 9.1, 9.05 Cementitious pipe liner in 1 location: PM 10.37 Complete Streets: Striping updates to shoulders and lanes for bike paths at PM 1.8 Market Street.
