Description:
The project would provide an at-grade intersection and provide direct access from the Intermodal Connector to Naval Station Norfolk and Hampton Boulevard by reconstructing a public connector road to accommodate two-way traffic. The project limits begin approximately one mile west of I-564 at Seabee Road and extend to approximately 0.7 miles west of I-564 at the Intermodal Connector and is approximately 0.33 miles in length.
