Description:
The proposed project would extend Bicentennial Boulevard from Trenton Road to SH 107 as a new location, four-lane facility. The proposed 2.86-mile roadway extension would consist of a 12-foot wide inside travel lane (one in each direction), a 14-foot wide outside shared use lane for vehicles and bicycles (one in each direction), and five-foot wide sidewalks for pedestrians. Other improvements include 13-foot wide left turn lanes at cross streets, curb and gutter, and drainage improvements. The proposed Bicentennial Boulevard Extension Project would require approximately 1.9 acres of additional ROW, and approximately 0.6 acre of temporary construction easements and 0.2 acre of permanent easements needed for anticipated construction of proposed noise barriers.
