Description:

The proposed project includes construction of an approximately 5,600 square foot (SF) Multi-Purpose Building and an approximately 20-space parking lot within a previously developed area of the Airport.

• Demolition of two 3,000 +/- SF hangars (Hangar 12 & Hangar 14)
• Demolition of the 1,000 +/- SF DRBA operations shack.
• Pavement demolition (1,000 SY parking/driveways & 3,000 SY apron/sidewalks/slabs).
• Site work – includes grading, drainage, asphalt paving (1,700 SY), sidewalks (500 SY), LED parking lot lighting (4 light poles), installation of security fence/gates (320 LF), and landscaping.
• Extension/installation of water/sewer lines, electrical/communication conduits, and structures.
• Converting approximately 2,300 SY of existing PCC Apron “B” from airside to landside and relocation of the perimeter fence to make room for a portion of the proposed Multi-Purpose Building and parking area.
• Stormwater management
