Description:
The City of Douglas International POE Connector Road Study (Connector Road Study), proposes to connect the second International POE to the State Highway System.
The project is located in the City of Douglas and unincorporated Cochise County. The proposed International POE is approximately 4.5 miles west of the City of Douglas limits and is the designated location for construction of a proposed commercial port of entry.
The purpose of this project is to provide connectivity from the proposed second international port-of-entry (IPOE) near Douglas to the state highway system.
