Description:
The project consists of a new location roadway connecting West DeRenne Avenue with Hampstead Avenue, and operational improvements along West DeRenne and East DeRenne Avenues. The new 4-lane roadway, known as the Boulevard, would include grade-separated interchanges at I-516 and Montgomery Street, sidewalks and multi-use path, and operational improvements.
