Description:
This project includes the construction of a new airport traffic control tower (ATCT) to meet the requirements outlined in the FAA’s Siting Facility Requirements Workbook; the existing ATCT at DLH would be demolished. The project would include the construction of a tower structure at the location identified during the AFTIL study, a base building including offices, training rooms, and other support facilities for the operation of the TRACON and the ATCT and a vehicle parking lot as required by the FAA. The ATCT would also provide space for the FAA Tech Ops team based in DLH.
