Description:
Proposed facility is four (ultimate six) 12-foot-wide travel lanes, two in each direction (three ultimate) (north and south), intermittent turn lanes, an 18-foot raised grass median, curb and gutter drainage, a 6-foot-wide sidewalk on the west side, and a 10-foot-wide shared use path on the east side. Proposed ROW will be typically 140 feet, max. 195 feet, min. 140 feet. In some locations right-turn-lanes were added in several areas that have increased the ROW to 195 feet wide. Proposed realignment of the FM 1777 road would be located between county road (CR)636 and county road (CR) 677, to avoid displacements of 4(f) historic structures.
