Description:
The proposed improvements include widening the two-lane facility to four lanes by adding one 12-foot-wide travel lane in each direction, a 30-foot-wide raised median, a 5-foot-wide sidewalk on the east side of FM 2100, a 10-foot-wide side path on the west side of FM 2100, and open drainage ditches.
The proposed ROW varies approximately 150 feet in width. Two new open drainage channels are also proposed. Proposed drainage channel 1 is approximately 31.5 acres and is located on the east side of FM 2100 and south of Meyer Road. Proposed drainage channel 2 is approximately 6.9 acres and is located on the east side of FM 2100 and south of proposed drainage channel 1.
