Description:
The proposed project includes limits within downtown Joshua, Texas extending from just west of Avenue F eastward to just west of Bentley Drive and from south of 14th Street northward to 12th Street. The proposed project includes a railroad grade separation (underpass) at BNSF along with realigning and widening FM 917 from the existing 2-lane section to a 3-lane section within curb and gutter. The study will also consider enhancements to accommodate bicycles and pedestrians. The purpose of the proposed project is to enhance safety and connectivity within the project area.
