Description:
The I-270 project will reconstruct and improve Interstate 270 for six miles between Interstate 76 and Interstate 70 to address safety, reliability and traffic operations issues. Additional lanes, improved interchanges, bridge rehab and/or replacement, and wider shoulders will be evaluated with consideration of the high volume of freight in this corridor.
