Description:
The proposed project is on Interstate 70 from east of the Floyd Hill/Beaver Brook Exit (248) through the Veterans Memorial Tunnels to Colorado Blvd./Idaho Springs Exit (241). The project includes adding a third westbound travel lane, flattening curves, improving sight distance, improving operations at intersections and interchanges throughout the project area, improving the Clear Creek Greenway between the US 6 interchange and Veterans Memorial Tunnels, and adding a frontage road between the US 6 interchange and the Hidden Valley interchange.
