Description:

TxDOT proposes to construct four elevated express lanes (two in each direction) primarily in the center of IH 610 West Loop mainlanes from IH 10 West to IH 69 (US 59) South, a distance of approximately 3.7 miles in Houston, Harris County, Texas. The express lanes would not be tolled. Although the project’s logical termini limits are from IH 10 to IH 69 (US 59), the actual construction limits would extend beyond each limit in order to transition back into the existing highway configuration. The transition would extend to approximately 140 feet south of IH 69 (US 59) and approximately 505 feet north of IH 10.TxDOT proposes to construct four elevated express lanes (two in each direction) primarily in the center of IH 610 West Loop mainlanes from IH 10 West to IH 69 (US 59) South, a distance of approximately 3.7 miles in Houston, Harris County, Texas.
