Description:

Project is in Fayette, Haywood, and Tipton Counties. TDOT PIN 132132.01.
Roadway improvements include:
•    An 8-mile extension of State Route (SR) 194, from the current terminus at SR 59 in Fayette County, south of Interstate 40 to SR 1 (US 70) in Tipton County, north of Interstate 40,  
•    A new interchange for the SR 194 Extension at Interstate 40,
•    A new 3.5-mile access road (the Blue Oval City Connector) from the SR 194 Extension to the SR 222, and
•    A new interchange on the SR 194 Extension for the Blue Oval City Connector.
