Description:
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) in cooperation with the Tulare County Association of Governments is proposing operational improvements on various state routes in Tulare County. These improvements include construction of a roundabout at the junction of State Route 198 and State Route 245 near the City of Exeter, construction of a roundabout on State Route 65 near Tulare Road in the City of Lindsay, and a realignment of State Route 65 near Lindsay from Avenue 224 (Lindmore Street) to just east of Cedar Avenue, which would include construction of two roundabouts.
