Description:
This Project involves expansion of the current Logistics Park of North Dakota (LPND) to accommodate rail freight volumes and enhance intermodal operations. The existing intermodal facility lacks efficiency, as it can only accommodate a single unit train and lacks adequate transloading facilities and opportunity for industry occupancy. The Project, as proposed, is a conceptual plan that will be driven by free market and the business that will want to develop in the LPND expansion. Construction of the project would be completed over time as individual sites are developed.
