Description:
Reconstruction of a major transportation artery within the city of Clinton Iowa, in Clinton County. The project will transform the road from two lanes in each direction to one lane in each direction, with turn lanes, and three roundabouts. intersections, pedestrian and bicycle facilities would be provided/improved. Improved intersections and roundabouts would increase safety for pedestrian crossings. Buss pull-offs would be added to increase safety for transit users.
