Description:

- Construction of an approximately 5,500-square foot (SF) terminal/FBO building
- Construction of two, 27,000+/- SF corporate hangars
- Construction of automobile access and approximately 59 automobile parking spaces to serve the terminal/FBO building and hangars. Would require the relocation of the existing fence and fuel truck gates.
- Remarking/repurposing of the existing apron to accommodate parking spaces for 27 Airplane Design Group (ADG) I based aircraft, and ADG III movement areas
- Relocation of the existing Taxiway 'K' to connect to Taxiway 'B' to accommodate taxilane objectfree area (TLOFA) dimensions for ADG III aircraft
- Construction of a new apron to accommodate parking spaces for 30 ADG I based aircraft
- Stormwater management, including the construction of two underground basins to address water quantity management, and two manufactured treatment devices and porous pavement to address water quality management
- Installation of utilities including sanitary sewer, which would require approximately 4,420-SF of ground disturbance
