Description:
The project begins at the Elmore Road Intersection and continues east to Swinnea Road. The project is to construct a two-lane roadway with a raised median, a five foot wide bike lane on each side of the road, and a five foot wide sidewalk on each side of the road. This segment will have variable width right-of-way sufficient for the roadway to be expanded in the future to a four-lane roadway with a raised median as traffic volumes warrants.
