Description:
The project consists of the reconstruction of the Pell Bridge approach ramps to improve traffic circulation, reduce queuing, improve safety, reconnect the neighborhoods segmented by the current highway infrastructure, and support the City of Newport’s economic development plan by maximizing land area for redevelopment.
