Over the next 10 years, the Sponsor plans to improve airfield facilities (e.g., new taxiways), expand Terminal 3, place existing railroad tracks below grade, develop a new north cargo area, and redevelop the old south cargo area. The Sponsor proposes to apply for a BUILD grant from the Federal Railroad Administration for the railroad-related work.
