Description:
The purpose of the proposed project is to provide operational improvements to the congested Whiskey Road corridor by opening an additional route from East Pine Log Road (SC 302) to the South Centennial Avenue Connector. The need for a connector between Whiskey Road (SC 19) and East Pinelog Road is to provide local and through traffic with improved connections, thereby reducing traffic on Pine Log Road (S-440), Whiskey Road, and other collectors and local streets in the study area.
