Description:
Construction and operation of a 252 room hotel including guest rooms, conference rooms, fitness center, and dining facilities is being considered by the Port Authority of NY&NJ. It would be located between Terminals B and C and situated atop a pedestrian connector linking Terminals B and C. A developer for the hotel has not been selected at this time. The proposed hotel was recommended in the Report to Governor Cuomo from the Airport Advisory Panel: Guiding Principles for a Comprehensive Master Plan, dated July 2015.
