Washington County, Washington City, and Hurricane City, in cooperation with the UDOT, are preparing an Environmental Assessment (EA) to evaluate the need for extending 5300 West from State Route 9 in Hurricane City, near the DMV and the Fairgrounds, to Washington Dam Road in Washington City.
