Description:
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to construct northbound and southbound auxiliary lanes between Bay Avenue/Porter Street and State Park Drive interchanges on SR 1 in Santa Cruz County and the City of Capitola. In addition, shoulders at the offramps would be widened in order to accommodate bus-on-shoulder within the interchanges and construct a bicycle/pedestrian overcrossing at Mar Vista.
