Description:
The City of Whittier, with Federal Highway Administration support and funding, plans to extend Shotgun Cove Road from Mile 2.0 to 4.5. To provide access to federal and state lands and alleviate pressure on the regional transportation system, the project would construct a two-lane gravel road from the end of the existing Shotgun Cove Road to Forest Service land at Trinity Point.
