Description:
The project, known as Norfolk – Wisner, would take place approximately 0.25 miles east of the junction of US-275 and Nebraska Highway 57 and extends east and south to approximately 0.25 miles southeast of Wisner, Nebraska. The project would expand approximately 15.5 miles of the existing two-lane highway on US-275 to a four-lane expressway by constructing a new, parallel two-lane roadway on one side of the existing US-275.
