Description:
The project proposes to install a 3.5 mile truck climbing lane along the Eastbound side of Highway 58 between post miles 76.3 and 79.8 in Kern County. The project also proposes to improve wildlife habitat connectivity and reduce animal vehicle collisions by constructing a wildlife undercrossing structure and/or providing enhancements to existing culverts.
