Description:
The Airport and the MnDOT Office of Aeronautics plans to replace the Runway 31 instrument landing system (ILS) and approach lighting system (ALS). As part of this replacement project, the Airport proposes to eliminate the Runway 31 displaced threshold and relocate the ILS and ALS to be coincident with the actual runway end, which is 500 feet prior to the displaced threshold.
