Description:
The project will construct a new roadway corridor between the existing NM 136 (Pete Domenici Blvd.) and NM 273 (McNutt Rd) west of Sunland Park, NM (Dona Ana County). The new roadway will connect the Santa Teresa Port of Entry on NM 136 to the City of Sunland Park and other regional destinations. The new roadway will be approximately 7.7 miles long and 155 ft. wide (including four new travel lanes, center median, shoulders and side slopes), and will require a major bridge structure over a railroad.
