Description:
The proposed improvements include constructing a six-lane divided freeway, three lanes in each direction with two-lane frontage roads.
The main-lanes consist of six-12-foot wide travel lanes with 10-foot outside shoulders and 11-foot inside shoulders.
The frontage roads consist of two 12-foot wide travel lanes with 8-foot outside shoulders and 4-foot inside shoulders.
The proposed ROW width is 400 feet.
