Description:
The Valley Link Project (Project) is a new passenger rail service along a 22-mile corridor linking the existing Dublin/Pleasanton Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Station in Alameda County and the Mountain House community in San Joaquin County. The alignment would be constructed alongside an existing freeway median (along I-580 in Alameda County), an existing Alameda County transportation corridor, through San Joaquin County, and terminating at the Mountain House community. The Project includes four new stations, a Layover Facility, and an Operations and Maintenance Facility/Operations Support Site (OMF/OSS).
