Description:
PennEast Pipeline (Docket No. CP15-558-000) would provide an additional 1.0 Bcf/d of natural gas transportation service through construction of: (1) 115.1 miles of pipeline from Pennsylvania to New Jersey; (2) 2.1 miles of various lateral pipelines; and (3) a new compressor station.
On December 16, 2021, the Commission issued an order vacating the certificate authorization for the PennEast Pipeline. Under the Commission’s regulations, parties have 30 days to file for rehearing of orders. No parties filed a request for rehearing of the Commission's order.
