Description:
Bennett Solar B LLC proposes to construct, operate, maintain, and decommission a 240-megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic (PV) power generating facility with a 960-MW hour (MWh) battery energy storage system. The Project area is located approximately 6 miles east of Mountain Home, Idaho, and would be sited on approximately 2,122 acres of public land administered by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The Project would also include a 230-kilovolt generation interconnection (gen-tie) line, PV module arrays, monitoring and maintenance facilities, electrical collector lines, and access roads.
