Description:
The proposed 1,000-megawatt closed-loop project would be located in White Pine County, Nevada, and include the construction of two reservoirs, an underground water conveyance system and powerhouse, a 345-kilovolt transmission line, and other project facilities. The proposed project would be located on federal lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management.
Update:
The Executive Director granted Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's request to extend the Right-of-Way Authorization (BLM) final completion date on March 29, 2024. The Executive Director determination is posted here.
