Description:
The project includes mineral rights for seven discrete copper-lead-zinc projects, collectively referred to as the Bronco Creek Exploration Project and is nearly entirely on lands administered by the Tonto National Forest. The base metal targets of the early-stage exploration projects contain copper-porphyry style alteration and mineralization.
This project is posted in the interest of transparency and response to Executive Order 14241. A permitting timetable will be posted on or before July 11, 2025.
The Forest Service is continuing to work with the proponent to refine and revise the project design and timetable.
