Description:
Lower Valley Energy's request to construct an eight- inch diameter, low pressure pipeline in a north-northeasterly direction between Montpelier, Idaho and Afton, Wyoming. 48 miles, with approximately 20 miles occurring on NFS lands (approximately 119 acres), and 40 acres of disturbance occurring within IRAs.
