FRN Cancellation notice: https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2021-04-23/pdf/2021-08511.pdf In accordance with the Arizona Water Settlements Act, the action proponent (NM CAP Entity) would construct and operate a water diversion on the Gila River and its tributaries. The NM CAP Entity would divert up to 14,000 AFA, averaged over a 10-year period. On July 3, 2019, the Action Proponent modified the proposed action. The permitting timetable for the EIS and Section 106 Review was designated as "paused" to reassess the potential impacts of the changes. Reclamation is working closely with the Action Proponent and work is continuing on the EIS during the reassessment of the revised proposed action. |
