On September 22, 2016, the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council (FPISC) released the inventory of existing infrastructure projects considered to be “covered” under the requirements of Title 41 of the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST-41). The 34 projects on this list were selected in consultation with FPISC members and after careful consideration of FAST-41 statutory definitions.
