Recommended Best Practices, Budget Requests & Annual Reports to Congress
On an annual basis, the Permitting Council publishes a Recommended Best Practices Report, which acts as a guide for Permitting Council agencies to improve the environmental review and authorizations process for large, complex infrastructure projects. Subsequently, agencies are evaluated on the implementation of recommended best practices, and results are summarized in the Annual Report to Congress, which is issued by the Permitting Council’s Executive Director.
